Question 1

What is Bookxarena?

Accepted Answer

Bookxarena is an online booking and management platform built specifically for sports arenas, turfs, and courts in India. It gives arena owners a branded booking website, 100% advance online payments via Razorpay, automated WhatsApp confirmations, and a live dashboard to track bookings, earnings, and customers — all without writing a single line of code or managing any servers.

Question 2

Which sports and arenas does it support?

Accepted Answer

Bookxarena works for any court-based or slot-based sport — badminton, cricket turf, football, futsal, pickleball, squash, box cricket, swimming, and more. If you run a sports facility with bookable slots, Bookxarena can manage it.

Question 3

How does it work for an arena owner?

Accepted Answer

Once set up, customers visit your branded booking website, choose a slot and sport, pay 100% in advance, and receive an instant WhatsApp confirmation. The slot is automatically blocked and the payment settles directly into your bank account. You see every booking and every rupee in real time from your Arena OS dashboard. No phone calls. No manual entry. No cash.

Question 4

Does Bookxarena stop no-shows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Because every booking requires 100% advance payment at the time of booking, customers have a financial commitment to show up. This eliminates the informal 'I'll pay when I come' culture that causes most no-shows in sports arenas and turfs across India.

Question 5

Do I need a website or technical team?

Accepted Answer

No. Bookxarena is a fully managed platform. You get a professional booking website for your arena that works instantly on any phone or laptop. There is no app to build, no code to write, and no server to manage. Our team handles the entire setup and goes live with you within 48–72 hours.

Question 6

How much does Bookxarena cost?

Accepted Answer

Bookxarena charges a one-time setup fee of ₹9,999 + GST and a 7% + GST success fee per confirmed booking. There is no monthly subscription, no annual contract, and no hidden charges. The 7% covers payment gateway processing, all WhatsApp messaging, and full Arena OS access. You only pay us when you earn.

Question 7

Is there a monthly or annual fee?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no monthly fee, no annual fee, and no per-court subscription. The only recurring cost is 7% + GST on each booking that successfully completes — meaning if you have zero bookings, you pay zero.

Question 8

We use WhatsApp for bookings. Why switch?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp does not support advance payments, does not block slots automatically, and does not give you a record of who paid what. The result is no-shows, double bookings, and hours of manual follow-up every week. Bookxarena replaces that entire workflow with a system where the customer books, pays, and gets confirmed without any action from you.

Question 9

What does the 7% actually cover?

Accepted Answer

Bookxarena manages your payment security through our payment partner's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We handle server uptime, platform maintenance, and security updates continuously. WhatsApp notification delivery, slot logic, conflict prevention, and payout reconciliation are all automated. The 7% is not a cost — it is what keeps your operation running without a single IT hire.
